Send us your Birthday Cards

 For all the milkshake! fans who want their birthday cards read out on the show, we ask that you send them in at least a month in advance of the date you would like the card read out. Please remember to put the date you would like message to be read somewhere on the card. Unfortunately we cannot adhere to specific time requests for cards and e-mails.

Also, ensure that the card does NOT feature characters from non-5 programmes and that you include a good sized photograph of the birthday girl or boy.


Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your card will be read out nor can we adhere to specific time requests but we will try our best!
